Reciprocal Consulting is leading user-experience research with Indigenous families, focusing on their experiences and journeys as they seek and move through MCFD’s system of Children and Youth with Special Needs (CYSN) supports and services (see attached brochure). This includes a family survey and we request your assistance with sharing the invitation to families to participate (see second page). Note, there are different web addresses for the survey depending on the Region in BC and a gift card is available for families who participate.
