The Dreamcatcher Charitable Foundation is a registered foundation designated to provide support and address situations unique to the First Nations community. The Foundation will supply grants to individuals with a goal of developing youth as future community leaders. The possible grant areas are: arts and culture, education support, health support, and sports and recreation.
The McConnell Reconciliation Initiative focuses its efforts on bringing forward the societal change necessary for a reconciliation economy. In cooperation with Indigenous communities and other stakeholders, it targets the key areas of (1) collaborative funding models; (2) innovative platforms for change; and (3) solutions finance.
The BC Association of Aboriginal Friendship Centres provides funding for students through the First Citizens Fund (FCF) Student Bursary Program and Post-Secondary Student Support Program (PSSSP).

The goal of the ETG is to help British Columbians access the skills training they need to adapt to the changing requirements of jobs and the labour market while encouraging employer involvement in the training of their employees. Some child care centres have successfully applied for funding to traing their ECEs.
