HELP Talks Child Care in British Columbia

Historically, in BC, as in most of Canada, regulated child care has been in short supply, of varying quality and unaffordable for many families. Recently, however, child care in BC is undergoing a paradigm shift with the current provincial government’s commitment to developing a universal child care system for all who need or want it.
