As parents and caregivers, supporting your child through a traumatic experience can be challenging and scary. Join Dr. Julia Gibson, Psychiatrist at BC Children’s Hospital, as she discusses what trauma is, how to talk to your child about these experiences, what you can do as a parent or caregiver to support your child, and where and when to reach out for additional support.
