Indigenous Early Learning and Child Care Framework
Investment opportunities to support our children are now available through the Indigenous Early Learning and Child Care (IELCC) Framework. First Nations communities in BC are invited to access funding and resources to deliver high-quality, language-driven, and culturally-grounded ELCC to every child and family.
We engage in research and policy analysis to better advocate for and inform necessary supports for Indigenous Early Learning and Child Care.
Children’s stories and games; Curriculum development and teaching materials; ECE education and training materials; Research and policy development; Online resources.
We offer year-round training for early childhood educators and support services professionals. These can be scheduled by request and taught at community sites, both on and off-reserve, throughout BC.
