Children love to move! All children, regardless of age or ability can do yoga. Yoga uses children’s imagination while they become stronger, more flexible, and more aware of how to control their breath and their body movements. Come explore yoga poses, have fun as we relax, breathe and move, and receive information on how to use yoga in a child care setting. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a thin mat to lie down on.
