Children & teachers are dealing with feelings of anxiety, uncertainty, and stress during the current pandemic. The need for social distancing has taken us away from our communities of practice and from opportunities to create solutions together. This workshop will share some current research on the impacts of stress in young children to explore habits that enhance well-being. The hope of this workshop is to enable ECE’s to dialogue and apply their wealth of experience.
