Research-Chapter 6: The Relationship between Educators’and Children’s Physical Activity and Sedentary Behaviour in Early Childhood Education and Care

This is a cross-sectional study from centres in NSW, Australia. Early childhood education and care (ECEC) has a significant role to play in the promotion of physical activity and reduction of sedentary behaviour in young children. In ECEC, educators’ physical activity and sedentary behaviour may be an important factor influencing children’s physical activity and sedentary behaviour.
