Introduction to new BCACCS staff

BCACCS is growing. We have new staff to introduce you to. The following staff are all working on the Indigenous Early Learning and Child Care Initiative:
Iain Marjoribanks is a settler of Scottish and German ancestry. He is the new Regional Community Facilitator for the Lower Mainland. Iain recently completed a Master’s Degree in Indigenous Community Planning from the University of British Columbia and has had the honor of working as a planner in service to Indigenous communities across the province.
Cassidy Hryckiw is a member of the Sto:lo Nation. She started working at BCACCS over the summer as a Project Support Assistant and will continue to work as a member of the team as the Project Assistant.
Lisa Fenton is Métis Cree and has been working with children and families for over 19 years. She is the new Regional Community Facilitator for Vancouver Island. She received a certificate in Early Childhood Education (ECE) in 2000 and in 2005 received her Infant and Toddler Care License To Practice. In the spring of 2018, Lisa completed her BA in Child and Youth Care from the University of Vivtoria. Lisa brings her experience and education to the communities on Vancouver Island.
