Thank you for thinking of our families
and children. Donations like yours help ACCS reach out
to hundreds of families and
child care programs in BC. Your dollars provide resources,
training and networking initiatives that support culturally
appropriate child care.
You help nurture children, promote health and healing, and
strengthen families.
ACCS services are funded through grants from
foundations, government and individual
donations. With your support, we can continue to enhance
our services for caregivers of Aboriginal children. For every
dollar you donate, 100% stays right here in British Columbia.
You can also feel confident that your money is being used
efficiently. Through arrangements made with other non-profit
organizations, we keep our
operating costs low so your money goes directly to those
who need it most.
Donations to the Society can be made by cash, cheque
or credit card and
you can decide where your money goes. You may also be interested
in knowing that your contribution may be made by means other
than cash. Perhaps you have assets that have appreciated
in value (such as stocks, bonds, cars or real estate) and
donating these assets may provide substantial tax savings
to you. We have procedures in place that will accommodate
these kinds of donations.
